Distortion can become so extreme that the background typography is more abstract and completely illegible.

Interactive poster designed as an act of catharsis. Generative code written in p5.js quickly turns legible type into waving distorted forms. The movement and distortion allude to life's tendency to quickly become complex, messy, even dizzying.

The experimental typography was then layered with references to shipping and packaging visuals to add depth and as a nod to the fact that the printed poster can be hung in any orientation.
