In collaboration with SHoP Architects and Milstein Properties, we designed the brand identity, building-wide signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics for Company, a new 350,000 square foot vertical innovation campus that includes coworking, hospitality, and retail applications. Located at 335 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan and connected to the iconic Grand Central Station, the campus is designed with multiple amenity and public spaces to create a welcoming hub. Featuring a custom typeface, the design imagines the workplace of the 21st century, referring to the building’s history as the Biltmore Hotel and the Bank of America Plaza, while creating a vocabulary that feels dignified and contemporary.
